Devon Grapevine

for people from different cultures, living in Devon

A simple idea for students , its about  creating your own and unique dictionary .......

1 - use any unwanted diary ( may be an old one ) , or notebook ... etc

2 - Divide it to 26 units ( each unite will express one letter )  , Then you will have may be 5 or 6 pages for each letter  .

3 - Put a sing at the top or the side of each unit  ( to let you know what letter this unit express)

4 - Now you are ready to add any new word you learn . you may use your home tongue to translate , or English , its up to you .

5 - you may add some example or sentences , or even pictures

6 - by the end of the year you will be surprised how much new words you got .

here  is some pictures

You can also use an address book to make a dictionary - I used to do this when I was learning Spanish.
